Maternal & Child Health- IHCS remains actively involved in activities related to maternal/child health.

Maternal & Child Health Collaboration
IHCS coordinates and facilitates maternal/child health initiatives through a collaborative effort between the Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH), Michigan Association of Health Plans (MAHP), Michigan Association of Local Public Health (MALPH), and all Michigan Medicaid managed care plans. A collaborative Maternal Child Health Quality Improvement Workgroup is convened periodically to review ongoing activities and recommend new initiatives.
