Ms. Duncan-Jackson received a BSN from Michigan State University and MPA with post-masters coursework in health care administration from Western Michigan University.  She has more than 20 years of experience in health care quality, disease management, and managed care with expertise in program design, development, implementation, and integration.

Ms. Duncan-Jackson is a certified Chronic Care Professional and also holds certification from the Academy of Health Care Management.  She is a member of the Disease Management Association of America, the Michigan Association of Health Care Quality, the American Society for Public Administration, Sigma Theta Tau (nursing honor society), Pi Alpha Alpha (Public Affairs Honor Society) and Phi Kappa Phi (Scholastic Honor Society).
