Elaine Woodmansee, LPN, BA, is a Project Manager for the Institute for Health Care Studies at Michigan State University. Ms. Woodmansee received her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University and her Practical Nursing training from McPherson Community Health Center School of Practical Nursing.

Ms. Woodmansee has thirty years experience in the health care industry where she worked in a variety of health care settings. She has twenty-three years experience in the managed care arena where she held several positions related to member/provider servicing and community outreach. 

Ms. Woodmansee completed the Associate in Healthcare Risk Management and Quality Review Certificate program, holds a Professional designation with the Academy for Health Care Management, and completed an Excellence in Leadership course from Wayne State University.
