Jennifer Tomaszczyk is a Health Informatics Specialist for the Michigan Health Information Network (MiHIN) Resource Center, based in the Institute for Health Care Studies at Michigan State University. She is working on health care projects for MiHIN including technical work groups for Michigan’s Regional Health Information Organizations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Health Promotion from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in Medical and Bioinformatics from Grand Valley State University. She also holds a certificate in Public Health Informatics from the University of Illinois. Jennifer previously served as a coordinator for electronic medical record implementation to EPIC Systems at Michigan Medical P.C. as well as a clinical consultant for a physicians’ group in Michigan.
