Obesity
At the request of the Michigan Medicaid Quality Improvement Health Plan Directors and the Michigan Association of Health Plans, the Institute for Health Care Studies sought resources available on the internet related to childhood, adolescent, and adult obesity. The resources below offer many educational tools for providers and patients and are intended to enhance strategies used in conjunction with Plan materials for use with physician staff and patients. Please feel free to download any of the materials listed below using the given links for your use.
